1 Collaborate with key departments to formulate and refine business segment strategies and financial projections.
2 Support management reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes for critical business areas.
3 Track and monitor KPIs and financial performance against budget/forecast, identifying opportunities for improvement.
4 Work cross-functionally to implement improvements and drive operational excellence.
5 Collaborate with teams to enhance reporting processes and tools.
6 Contribute to the improvement of budgeting, management reporting processes.
7 Provide financial analysis and support to key departments, identifying new business and cost-saving opportunities.
8 Develop financial models and analyses for strategic initiatives.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Education: Degree in Accountancy
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of FP&A experience, demonstrating a strong finance background with business analysis expertise.
- Advanced Excel skills for building complex financial models and improve reporting processes.
- Ability to translate business requirements into financial analysis and projections.
- Demonstrates calm focus and delivers high-quality work under tight deadline
- Language：Good command of English/Chinese
