1.Develop and implement MTC quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and customer requirements.
2.Oversee inspection and testing processes to verify that MTC products meet quality standards and regulation requirements.
3.Establish sampling procedures by AQL level and inspection plans for incoming materials, semi products, work in process product and finished products.
4.Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement in processes and procedures.
5.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain quality assurance processes.
6.Implement and monitor quality control measures throughout the production and delivery process.
7.Identify areas for process improvement and implement measures to enhance product quality and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
8.Provide training to staff members on quality control processes, procedures, and standards to ensure consistent quality across all operations.
9.Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas of concern related to product quality.
10.Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, customer complaints, and non-conformance incidents in a timely manner.
11.Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components and implement measures to address any quality issues.
12.Maintain accurate documentation and records related to quality control activities, including inspection reports, corrective actions, and process improvements.
13.Work closely with other departments such as production, engineering, and customer service to address quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
14.Provide leadership and guidance to the quality control team, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or any related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in quality assurance, quality control, and supplier management. •familiar with techniques such as Six Sigma, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proficiency in computer skills MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point etc.)
- Proficiency in computer skills minitab or statistic software
- Good command of English.
