รายละเอียดงาน

1.Plan, develop, and implement strategy for HR management including policy/practices, discipline, grievance, counseling, pay and conditions, contracts, development, moral and motivation, culture and attitude development, performance appraisal to maintain effective personnel practices and conform to organizational policies, procedures, and labor laws 2.Recruiting and Onboarding: plan company talent acquisition strategy to onboarding new hires (warehouse staff/ workers) 3.Training and Development: initiate skill training and implementation of development programs to enable all team members to grow in their roles and careers. 4.Employee Relations: Provide proactive employee relations to employees at all levels of the organization from c-suite to independent contractors, in order to build and maintain a high performing and engaged team. 5.Responsible for Payroll, compensation & benefits.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor or Master's in any field
Minimum 10 years in HR expertise
Good understanding in all HR function.
Having background in HR Strategy, OD, and Talent Management particularly in Retail business.
Positive attitude, able to manage people at all levels.
Good presentation with communicable in English
6 Days of working
Location: Wangnoi, Ayutthaya
