- Maintain good relationship with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the company’s service.
- Answer inquiries for daily sales from potential customers and daily operation enquiries for existing customers in both Thai and English.
- Respond to all communication channels related to clients, phone calls, emails, and messages from chat applications.
- Effectively communicate with external business units (e.g. logistics couriers) to follow-up operations or to track down delivery problems.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the Company's platform features, functionalities and competitive advantages.
- Escalations, Alerts, and escalate customer recurring issues/pain points to the manager.
- Pre-sale representatives manage and track their sales leads and ensure all leads are followed up on.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3 year job experience in Customer Facing and Sales replated activities.
- Good communication of English speaking and writing.
- Proficient to use computer and web applications.
- Able to organize documents and data.
- Preferably to have experience in e-Commerce ecosystem and courier operations.
- Service minded, hardworking and able to work under pressure.
- Great customer-facing skills with the ability to build and nurture relationships.
