รายละเอียดงาน
- Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the construction site to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Coordinate with the project team (internal and external) to ensure smooth project execution, including but not limited to design review, procurement, and testing and commissioning.
- Monitor and report on project progress, ensure that the project schedule is met, and manage any delays or changes to the project scope.
- Ensure that all works are carried out safely, following company policies and procedures, and comply with regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with the contractor and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project.
- Manage and maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the project team as required.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in electrical, Mechanical, Energy Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in renewable energy field, especially solar.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
- Experience in managing contractors and subcontractors.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
- Basic command of English.
