- Update and maintain HACCP program,conduct risk assessment,food safety(physical,chemical,Microbiological,allergen),food fraud ,malicious,ensure on completion of validation of CCPs and HACCP Program review
- Lead the monthly GHP facility dudit and FSQS meeting to evaluate compliance with food safety and quality standards.
- Support for internal audit activity and cooperate on traceability program with cross
-Co-leading audit activities of custorner audits,third -party audits,and cust0mer visits.
- Lead and coordinate on customer complaint and /or inquiry investigation to find out the root cause,corrective/preventive action plan on customer complaint and feedack within time teame for mitigate the issue effectively
-Report in case of critical product quality and food safety relate to direct report and communicate, coordinate, find root cause and action plan,with relevant party, to mitigate issue.
