1、负责公司合作商家，各时段呼叫配送订单的调度、指派工作。 1. Responsible for dispatching and assigning delivery orders from partner merchants in various time periods. 2、负责配送员的日常操作管理，根据配送员的能力特点，高效、合理的分配订单。 2. Manage the daily operations of delivery personnel, efficiently and reasonably allocating orders based on their capabilities. 3、负责根据区域商户特点，优化配送模式，提高配送效率，并解决区域内客户对配送员的投诉。 3. Optimize delivery modes based on the characteristics of area merchants to enhance delivery efficiency and address complaints from customers regarding delivery personnel within the area. 4、负责对配送员的工作态度及配送能力进行监控及辅导，不断提高配送效率。 4. Monitor and coach delivery personnel on their work attitude and delivery capabilities to continually improve delivery efficiency. 5、负责对每天的异常订单进行跟进及解决，采取措施不断提高配送质量。 5. Follow and resolve daily exceptional orders so as to continuously improve delivery quality. 6、负责协助站长及时解决和协调配送员工作中遇到的困难和问题。 6. Assist station managers in promptly resolving and work-related difficulties and issues encountered by delivery personnel. 月休4天，调休轮岗。

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

语言要求：会中泰，会熟练操作电脑；
Chinese and Thailand language skills, proficient in computer software;
有相关调度（接单派单）经验优先，熟悉电脑软件，学习能力快；
Dispatch (order acceptance and dispatch) related experience is preferred, good at office software and quick learner.
熟悉本区域地形和商家位置情况；
Familiar with the road and traffic conditions of responsible areas and merchants location.
有责任感，吃苦耐劳，具有团队精神；
Responsible, hard-working and team spirit.
接受轮班制及调班。
Accept work shifts and shifts adjustment.
