รายละเอียดงาน
1.Supporting New Product Introduction initiatives by assessing Quality Engineer resources needed
and allocation.
2.Prepare and execute validations, technical studies, test method validations and other studies / reports as required. This includes preparation of protocols, establishment of test methodology and acceptance criteria, training personnel, execution, data analysis, investigation, and writing final reports.
3.Manage customer complaints and product returns including investigations to determine root cause is product related as well as corrective actions.
4.Lead assigned Corrective Action/Preventive Action (CAPA) projects. This includes, but is not limited to, performing risk analysis, root cause analysis; developing a corrective action plan, implementing the plan, and submitting a summary report for project closure and conduct effectively checks (EC).
5.Ensuring that all products meet customer specifications and industry standards.
6.Ensure Regulatory Compliance by managing and update internal procedures with new standard updates. Continuously work to align procedures with current practices.
7.Supporting Ansell Production System (APS) and cross-functional works to improve Statistical Process Control (SPC).
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineer, Production Engineer, Industrial Management, or Sciences.
- 6 Sigma certified or proven improvement projects/working experiences.
- Knowledge of GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 17025 and ISO 14001 requirements.
- Strong mathematical and statistical skills to help collect, measure, organize and analyze data.
- Proficiency in statistics and statistical packages like Excel, MINITAB, and others software platforms to be used for data set analyzing.
- At least 5 year working experiences in Quality Engineering, QC Engineer, Process Engineer
- Good command of English.
- Preferable for experiences in Medical Devices.
