- Manage plant SIOP (Sales, Inventory and Operations Plan) and MPS (Master Production Scheduling)
- Recognize and manage all demands from customers
- Leverage customer demand for internal planning
- Ensure accurate customer forecast
- Ensure optimal inventory level (FG)
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related fields, with SCM background
- Proven 3-5 years of working experience as a Customer Service Manager or Assistant Manager
- Experienced in providing Customer Service support
- Experienced in Manufacturing Environment
- Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
- Working knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools
- Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications
- Ability to think strategically and lead team
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Advanced troubleshooting and multitasking skills
- Good command of English language
- Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, SAP
