รายละเอียดงาน
- Manage vendor scheduling and monitor component delivery in the plant
- Ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained
- Ensure compliance of replenishment policy and track supplier performance
- Oversee distribution of supplies within the organization
- Collaborate with related team to determine supply needs
- Practice and monitor receiving and warehousing procedures
- Negotiate and maintain good relationship with suppliers
- Resolve labour and material shortages, backlogs and other potential schedule interruptions
- Monitor material purchase based on specifications, detailed records etc.
- Review and report inventory, material usage and efficiency
- Supervise, evaluate and coach subordinates
- Design and maintain department budgets.
- Create strategic solutions to improve material flow at multiple levels
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of the computer systems
- Develop and execute inventory cycle count process together with warehouse manager and accounting to assure
high inventory accuracies
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's Degree in related fields, with SCM background
- 2 to 4 years of experience in material scheduling, purchasing or logistics in a manufacturing environment
- Basic mechanical and analytical ability is a must
- In absence of a Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field of study, an additional four years of related experience is required
- Ability to analyse and interpret complex technical procedures, business periodicals, and journals as well as report preparations and procedure development is a must
- Technical savvy and ability to envision creative tools to gain business/operational improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint) as well as Internet software and E-mail
- Extended knowledge to ERPs & MRP (SAP).
- Experience with inventory forecasting, developing vendor schedules, implementing inventory reduction programs and reducing scheduling variances is preferred.
