Business Partner
Adjust HR strategies to respond to changing needs in achieving the business goals.
Redesign structures and roles around strategic objectives.
Prioritize across HR needs.
Use business insights to drive change in people management practices.
Manage resources including budget effectively.
People Platform Execution Manager
Execute strategic HR practices, initiatives and managing HR projects.
Communicate and manage change of organizational culture, HR policies and procedures to employees.
Ensure HR programs are aligned with culture.
Keep the line updated on HR initiatives.
Track trends in employee behaviour; identifying talent issues before they affect the business.
Employee Relation
Act as single point of contact for internal clients.
Manage competing personalities in the organization.
Manage conflict between employees and also between managers.
Resolve political problems the execution of business plans.
Emergency Responder
Prepare for different situations.
Quickly respond to complaints and questions.
Respond to employee and manager needs.
Compliance and Safety.
Strictly comply with company’s safety and compliance policy.
Participate for making understanding about the company's safety and compliance policy to all employee.
Be a good role model to all employee for complying with the company's safety and compliance policy.
Environment
Strictly comply with company’s Environment policy.
Participate for making understanding about the company's environment policy to all employee.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources function.
- At least 4 years of experience in leadership and management.
- Over 3 years of experience in garment/apparel manufacturing or other product manufacturing setup that is labor intensive in nature.
- Proficient in English communication.
- Great business acumen.
- Proactive personality.
- Strategic mindset.
