1. Be familiar with Sheet Metal, carry out technical and equipment transformation, continuously improve product quality and production efficiency.
2. Arrange the production schedule and monitor production process, and take timely measures to solve production problems.
3. Establish efficient production process and support continuous improvement actions.
4. Enhance safety consciousness and awareness in the workplace.
5. Report to Production Manager.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering
- 5 years of work experience in Production Supervisor level
- Experience with sheet metal
- In-depth knowledge and experience of mechanical techniques
- Ability to confidently and proactively supervise production teams
- Strong leadership, good attitude, problem solving skill
