- Manage and direct the store marketing strategic roll-out plans per customer by focusing on a more promotional calendar approach - Analyze insight data to develop sales progession - Manage nnovation projects with special focus on online and offline sales channels - Manage customer experience - Work closely with operations teams and other teams to influence, prioritize requirements recognizing the market needs - Develop a design-first, results-focused sale strategy and roadmap - Collaborate with other departments to manage company reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach Day off: 8 days per month (without weekend) Shift time: 9.30-19.00 or 12.30-22.00 or depends

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree or above
Minimum of 3-5 years of responsible experience in sales and 1-3 years of team management
Have analytical and planning skills
Have problem-solving skill
Have communication skill, including English skills
Have customer centric and service mindset
Able to work in shifts
