รายละเอียดงาน
Import & BOI:
1. Liaise with Authorities of Customs / BOI / Revenue / Business Development for incoming materials & products and also for importation-processing.
2. Coordinate with freight forwarder/ shipping agent for delivery of incoming materials.
3. Coordinate with Store department for receiving & unloading of incoming materials & products.
4. Prepare documents of Customs & BOI Formalities for incoming materials & products.
5. Provide the commercial documents of Import & BOI to Finance & ACC department.
6. Coordinate with the concerned department to acquire necessary.
7. Other assignments by direct superior.
Export:
1. Shipment Execution; Commercial Invoice & Packing List; Fumigate cert; B/L; FTA Cert; C/O Form.
2. Manage trailer movement on La-Z-Boy Thailand properties, selection / assignment of carriers & containers, handling, shipping, shipment processing, shipment documenting and invoicing.
3. System Controller for all export formality and export entry.
4. Update on weekly & monthly report of orders shipped out to customers.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Management or other related fields.
- At least 5 years of working experience in related fields (Import & Export function) and Minimum 3 years on Supervisor level.
- Good command in English and Knowledge in computer proficient (MS offices).
- Multi-tasking and Scheduling management.
- Flexible and Good negotiation skill.
- Able to work 6 days (Monday - Saturday) at Chonburi plant.**
