รายละเอียดงาน
1.负责KD工厂成本月结，对成本会计核算结果进行检核，保证成本计算准确合理；对生产成本进行监督和管控，减少企业成本的亏损浪费，督导成本控制；
Responsible for KD factory cost monthly settlement, check the cost accounting results, ensure the cost calculation is accurate and reasonable; Supervise and control the production cost, reduce the loss and waste of enterprise cost, supervise the cost control;
2.检查和复核材料出入库的单据，正确核算材料价；COGI日常监控及异常过程检查和处理
Check and review the documents of material import and export, and correctly calculate the price of materials，COGI daily monitoring and abnormal process inspection and handling in SAP system
3.核算半成品和产成品的成本，确保成本核算的正确
Check the cost of semi-finished products and finished products to ensure that the cost accounting is correct
4.每月编制成本分析报表，对当月生产产品的实际成本和BOM成本进行对比分析、成本结构分析及其他相关分析。
Prepare monthly cost analysis report, make comparative analysis, cost structure analysis and other related analysis of the actual cost and BOM cost of the products produced in the month.
5.建立和完善成本核算制度与流程；
Establish and improve the cost accounting system and process;
6.建立和维护成本分析基础数据库，包含零件价格、原材料价格、加工费率等
Establish and maintain a basic cost analysis database, including parts prices, raw material prices, machining rates, etc
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- 良好的语言技巧，熟练读写中文普通话及英语。 Strong language skills (Chinese ) fluently in speaking and writing
- 熟悉整车成本构成、零部件成本构成以及原材料信息 Familiar with vehicle cost structure, component cost structure and raw material information
- 熟练应用SAP、PPT、Excel等办公软件 Proficient in SAP,PPT, Excel and other office software
- 具有优秀的跨部门沟通协调能力，有全局观、原则性、服务意识和团队意识强烈 Excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, with a strong sense of overall perspective, principle, service and team spirit
- 工作踏实认真，自我驱动力和学习意愿强烈，具有较强的抗压能力； Practical and serious in work, strong self-driving force and learning willingness, and strong ability to work under pressure;
