- Act as a point of contact for customers who require servicing or repairs for their watches. - Address issues such as broken parts, malfunctioning mechanisms, or general servicing needs. - Manage inventory related to watch servicing, such as spare parts and tools, ordering supplies, make PO, etc. - Track the progress of watch repairs or maintenance, keeping customers informed about the status of their timepieces. This involves liaising with technicians and updating customers on any delays or issues that may arise. - Manage document tasks related to watch repair service e.g. repair form, details of the watch, service requests, PO, invoice - Coordinate with related department e.g. Technician, accounting - 5 work days, 8.00-17.00, onsite no hybrid

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor degree in any field. (open for new grads)
Have experience in after-sales service, customer service in watch or jewelry retail is advantage
Have document coordination and management skill
Have service mind, detailed, diligent person
Fluent in written in English *have to manage all document in English*
Good in using MS Suite *Excel*
