- Manage inventory related to watch servicing, such as spare parts and tools, ordering supplies, make PO, etc.
- Track the progress of watch repairs or maintenance, keeping customers informed about the status of their timepieces. This involves liaising with technicians and updating customers on any delays or issues that may arise.
- Manage document tasks related to watch repair service e.g. repair form, details of the watch, service requests, PO, invoice
- Coordinate with related department e.g. Technician, accounting
- 5 work days, 8.00-17.00, onsite no hybrid
