รายละเอียดงาน
1. Prepare documents for production preparation such as W/D, P-FMEA, Process design summary.
2. Prepare Equipment spec. and meet with relevant departments (DR).
3. Check the Drawing of machinery received from the Maker together with relevant agencies.
4. Prepare space for installing machinery and utility supplies.
5. Check the operation of the machine after installation (FP check, Debug, Etc.)
6. Check the quality and capabilities of machines.
7. Prepare a document summarizing the completeness of production preparation at each stage, such as 1K, 2K, SOP.
8. Record and determine measures to solve problems in preparation for production (SE & RE List)
9. Analyze and determine solutions for quality problems in the production line.
10. Prepare an action plan, track progress and summarize results for improving the production line.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male only age between 22 - 27 years old.
- Bachelor 's degree in Engineering or related fields.
- Experience more than 2 years up in production preparation.
- Knowledge of operation machine CNC, Operation Welding machine, Press machine.
- Experience working in a automotive parts.
- Good English language skill and good computer proficiency.
