รายละเอียดงาน-Respond for End to end Recruitment Process.
-Consult with managers on job descriptions, requirements, compensation and sourcing strategies.
-Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
-Post and update all job postings in various Channels.
-Recruit and perform recruitment activities such as resume & phone screens, candidate interviews, recommend final selection of applicants and fill qualified candidates.
-Using standardized screening techniques, assess the skills, qualifications and experience of potential candidates.
-To responsible for standard requirements related to recruitment and training.
-Collect personal documents of candidates for hiring process.
-Generate monthly reports/ updates for the recruitment performance and upcoming initiatives.
-Coordinate training and professional development programs for staffs.
-Supervise day-to-day operations of the staff members.
-Process various forms related to documenting human resources activities.
-Provide information to employees on matters of the company policies, HR practices.
-Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
-Other assignments.
