* Responsible for Organizational Development, Learning & Development, HRD functions. * Design and implement initiatives for career planning, succession planning, and talent management * Collaborate with managers to identify individual development needs and create personalized development plans for employees to support their career growth and job satisfaction. * Collect and analyze HR data to measure the effectiveness of HRD programs, and provide insights for strategic decision-making. * Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations * Assist in developing and managing the HRD budget * Support and co-implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy. * lead and manage a team of HRD, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback. * Prepare HR Development analytic report when required.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Laws, or Political science.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HRD
Able to communicate in English
Have knowledge of Labour laws
Can work under pressure and have problem-solving skill
Having knowledge and experience of Career Path System or Culture Transformation will be advantage.
Japanese skill will be advantage.
