รายละเอียดงาน
• Proactive approach to product quality control process with cross functional and problem solving as a team.
• Able to use measurement hand tools such as High gauge, vernier caliper, micrometer, Profile projector
• Able to read and understand drawing, basic GD&T. Conduct incoming / in-process parts inspection.
• Able to write the programs and operate CMM measuring (ZEISS-Calypso is preferred) control and analysis data as necessary, inform dimensional error to engineering team
• Able to work on NPI process FAIR with report on new parts Issue In process inspection check sheet for machining parts
• Practice and skilled on data analysis CA/PA and trouble shooting.
• Able to work with cross functional such as cleanroom, fabrication, packing and machining team.
