We are searching for a proficient and detail-oriented Online Development Project Manager to lead our team in executing various online development projects. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing the planning, execution, and delivery of online initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop comprehensive project plans for online development initiatives, including website launches, software development projects, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate project activities and tasks across development teams, designers, content creators, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or obstacles, and implement solutions to ensure successful project completion.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and key decisions.
- Foster a collaborative team environment, motivating team members and resolving any conflicts or issues that may arise.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes, identify lessons learned, and implement process improvements for future projects.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in online development, with a track record of successfully managing web development projects, software launches, or digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and build consensus among stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as JIRA, Basecamp, or Monday.com.
- Ability to communicate in both English and Thai language.
