Job Summary: AI Engineers are responsible for the design, development, and deployment of our Large Language Model (LLM) services. They will work closely with the AI Architect to build models that can handle a wide range of NLP tasks and engage in multi-turn conversations with users. The role involves experimenting with various models, training methods, and data sets to achieve the best performance and alignment with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement LLM models for the entire life cycle for NLP tasks.
• Preprocess, clean, and organize data for training and evaluation.
• Design and collect instruction data and human feedback data for LLM alignment.
• Conduct experiments and model training to improve performance and accuracy.
• Implement multi-turn conversation capabilities in LLM.
• Deploy the models in production and monitor the quality standard and the safety of the models over time.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI and machine learning technologies.
• Document and present model development processes and results.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.
- Experience in developing and training machine learning and NLP models.
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, huggingface).
- Understanding of LLM architectures and training techniques.
- Experience with cloud computing services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud Platform).
- Experience with fine-tuning LLMs.
- Experience in deploying AI models in a production environment.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset.
