- Spearhead the development of new ice cream cone flavors, incorporating both traditional and exotic ingredients to create unique taste experiences.
- Innovate cone designs and textures to enhance consumer enjoyment and differentiate our products in the market.
- Lead initiatives in sustainable and eco-friendly packaging solutions, aligning with consumer demand for environmentally responsible products.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Production teams to ensure product concepts are feasible, marketable, and align with consumer trends and preferences.
- Oversee the R&D process from concept to commercialization, ensuring products meet quality standards, regulatory compliance, and profitability targets.
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify new product opportunities and stay ahead of industry innovations.
- Foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the R&D team, encouraging experimentation while maintaining a clear focus on business objectives.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or a related field; a specialization in dairy or confectionery products is highly advantageous.
- - Proven experience in R&D within the food industry, with a portfolio of successful product launches, preferably in the ice cream or confectionery sector.
- - Creative thinker with a passion for food innovation and a keen sense of market trends and consumer preferences.
- - Strong leadership and project management skills, capable of leading a team through the complexities of product development from idea to shelf.
