MLoptic Thailand is a manufacturer of precision precision optics and lens assemblies. Headquartered in Nanjing , China, currently employees 450 people and starting to build a new production facility in Chonburi ,Thailand.
All newly hired engineers will go through training during their first year part time before joining your hired position full time.
Salary is determined on your beginning skill level and value to the company but the listed amount is our minimum.
In house training when completed will automatically bring you to a higher skill level depending on how much and how fast you learn. This initial training when finished will also be your first full evaluation and pay raise.
MLoptics Thailand wants to invest in our Thai employees as a long term commitment. We are devoted to continual training and education to keep increasing the skills and value of our staff. With higher skills of course will come higher wages and an employee of higher value to the company.
