•Set plan, projects and measures related to Health, Safely and Environment to achieve the goals set by the management. (Safety KPIs) and track progress in an annual plan. •Ensure the establishment of a HSE policy in the company and policy deployment according to TOP management targets. •To create any activities concerning health, safety, and environmental requirements and follow-up to achieve Zero Accident •Investigate workplace accidents or incidents, determine root cause, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences, •Taking care of all factory licenses related to Health, Salty and Environment (e.g., operation license, health and harmful license, radioactive Irenes, armament Keane, and chemical license) •Manage and control any kind of waste disposal including the waste disposal supplier performance & qualification. •Conduct of annual health check including general factor and risk factor, review and analyze the result of annual health check-up. •Review and analyze the result of implementation of activities according to customer, (Global and Thai legal HSE requirements. (incl. reporting to government) •Lead safely committee meeting and site safety audits. •Monitoring and measurement of environmental aspects and impacts in workplace. •Summarize and report the deficiencies / progress to the superior (regular meetings: e.g., weekly 1-1, monthly HSE report), •Drive safety Kaizen activities and achieve goals •Other health, safety, and environmental related projects as assigned by superior, •Supervise the subordinates to achieve HSE goals an individual tasks •Work with departmental heads, Ine management, and other personal to implement safety Initiatives effectively •ISO 14001 System

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Female Age 35-45 year
Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Health and Safety, Safety Engineering, Safety Science, or related field
At least 10 years in Health Safety and Environment in Manufacturing and at least 2 years of Management level
Passed the training course for the Head of the Safety Department
Have knowledge of ISO14001&ISO45001
Trainer and Auditor skill
Fluent in English both written and spoken
Good coordination, manage HSE jobs and can work under pressure
