ตลอดระยะเวลาการดำเนินงาน บริษัทฯ ได้ดำเนินโครงการต่าง ๆ มาอย่างหลากหลาย โดยมีบุคลากรในการปฏิบัติงานประมาณ 700–1,000 คน ครอบคลุมบุคลากรในหลากหลายสาขาด้านวิศวกรรมและงานเทคนิค ตั้งแต่แรงงานทั่วไป ช่างประกอบ ช่างเชื่อม ช่างเทคนิค บุคลากรด้านประกันคุณภาพ (Q.A.) และควบคุมคุณภาพ (Q.C.) วิศวกร บุคลากรด้านงานก่อสร้าง หัวหน้างานและผู้ควบคุมงานด้านการผลิตและงานประกอบ รวมถึงบุคลากรที่มีทักษะและความเชี่ยวชาญในระดับต่าง ๆ เพื่อให้บริการแก่ลูกค้าในอุตสาหกรรมน้ำมันและก๊าซ ทั้งในพื้นที่ นอกชายฝั่ง (Offshore) และ บนชายฝั่ง (Onshore)
