"Selection" is a headache for HR departments. It isn't easy to evaluate if an applicant meets the company's criteria during a short interview. Therefore, most companies have a "probation period" policy. Dispatched manpower can serve as another form of "probation period."

I-Can is a dispatch company that invests heavily in education and training in Taiwan. We have dispatched around 50,000 employees in Taiwan, with over 1,500 online daily, providing various talent recommendations and management services.

We ensure quality service through standardized operational systems, helping companies improve organizational performance. Our process includes interviews, competency assessments, training course planning, and finding suitable talent. After deployment, we arrange supervisors and periodic re-education.

In Thailand, I-Can uses the same selection system and operational process as in Taiwan, ensuring employers fully leverage human resources to support business development and strategy.
