Job Descriptions
1. Debugging, maintaining the equipment/tooling/tester in workshop
2. Train the operators
3. Responsible for new project import, making and optimizing technological process of production
4. Solve issues that happens during production
5. Making up the WI (Work Instruction of each process）for each process.
6. PCBA failure analysis/Repair, including ASSY & SMT workshop, provide analysis reports & solutions.
7. Make sure the production processes & procedures are correct, reduce the rate of NC; improve production processes and increase the productivity.
8. Be responsible for contacting/communicating the Chinese team or customers if needed.
Qualifications
- Male or female, age from 25-40 years old
- High Vocational Certificate upward major in Electronics field
- English skills (reading, writing and speaking) is preferred
- Able to read / understand schematic diagram or have knowledge electrical circuit system
- At leat 2-5 years of experience in PCBA or Electronics feild
- Be able to solve the issues that happens during production independently
