Job Descriptions
  • Responsible for booking process service
  • Make and keep excellent relationships with customers
  • Keep in touch with customers for service update and failure
  • Keep updated customer profile
  • Provide inquiries service (Service and Freight)
  • Working Hours : Mon-Fri 8.30 AM -5.30 PM
  • Location : Q-House Lumpini, Lumpini, Bangkok
Qualifications
  1. Female only, age not over 30 years old.
  2. Bachelor degree in any field.
  3. 0 - 3 years of working experience in customer service or related positions
  4. New graduates are welcome
  5. Good communication skill both in Thai and Eng
  6. Good Personality and Service-Minded.
  7. Problem solving skill
  8. Have knowledge of shipping
