Job Descriptions
• สรรหาลูกค้ารายใหม่เพื่อเพิ่มยอดและช่องทางการขาย และสร้างโอกาสใหม่ในลูกค้ารายเดิม • นำเสนอสินค้าและบริการต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับลูกค้า และสร้างความสัมพันธ์อันดี • ประสานงานกับลูกค้าและหน่วยงานภายใน เกี่ยวกับการเสนอสินค้า บริการ การแก้ไข ปัญหา ให้ลูกค้าพึงพอใจ • รับเอกสารสั่งซื้อ ดูแลกำหนดเข้าออกในการส่งมอบสินค้าตลอดจนข้อมูลต่าง ๆ • ติดตามสินค้าสำเร็จรูป ตามจำนวน และกำหนดเวลาที่ลูกค้าต้องการให้ถูกต้องครบถ้วน • รับข้อร้องเรียนจากลูกค้ากรณีมีปัญหา ติดตาม สรุปสาเหตุ และวิธีการแก้ไข
Qualifications
  1. ** CTS ทั่วไปใช้ภาษาอังกฤษดี / และสำหรับ CTS Japan สามารถใช้ภาษาญี่ปุ่นระดับ N2 **
  2. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีสาขาบริหารธุรกิจ, ภาษาญี่ปุ่น หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. บุคคลิกภาพดี มีความเป็นผู้นำ ซื่อสัตย์ อดทน ละเอียดรอบคอบ และมี Attitude ดี
  4. มีประสบการณ์บริหารจัดการและงานขายหรือการตลาดในธุรกิจประเภทอุตสาหกรรม
  5. สามารถใช้งาน Computer ทั่วไปได้ดี, MS Office, Outlook, ได้ดี
