Responsibilities:
-Perform monthly closing processes with analyses of needed accruals, expense allocation, inventory usage, and much more
-Prepare and analyzed monthly financial result (manufacturing cost related) and provide reasonable explanation for cost fluctuation. Including, analyzing actual manufacturing costs and preparing periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs, including variance analysis report
-Manage activities related to inventory adjustment recording and support physical inventory process
-Ensure financial reporting supports management’s review of operations
-Responsible for cost impact from changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods or services provided, to determine effects on cost for NPD
-Accounts reconciliation in parts of cost accounting and inventory
-Assist in Budgeting, planning another activities
-Support cost information required for Excise Tax activities (where necessary)
-Provide coaching and on the job training to executives
-Work in special projects or ad-hoc project and other tasks as necessary
-Other assignments
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor degree or higher in accounting or related fields
- At least 7 years working experience in cost accounting and should have at least 3 years of supervisory role
- Must have a strong cost systems background and have excellent analytical skills; sound understanding of accounting principles.
- Experience with SAP is a must
- Experience working with engineering and manufacturing personnel on development and analysis of cost standards
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
- Open minded and adaptive
- Ability to work under pressure and dynamic environment
- Detail-oriented, fast-learning and committed to meet deadline
- Computer Literate – Strong Excel skills and the ability to use Outlook and Word
