Job Descriptions
- At least 5 years working experience as HR&GA Management and HR&GA Development in Auto part factory.
- Have Knowledge of labor laws.(Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations to ensure company policies are compliant. )
- Having experience of management and drive up teams to KPI
- Having experience in overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and interviewing to onboarding and retention strategies.
- Having experience and knowledge of Coordinator with Welfare/Labor Committee or unions.
- Good relations with organizations such as the Labor Office and ability to communicate clearly and tactfully with all levels of an organization, from entry-level staff to top executives.
Qualifications
- Male
- Age : 35 years old up
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Require toeic score : 500
- Comprehensive knowledge of IT (in advantage)
