Job Descriptions1. ESG & CSR Strategy – Support the planning and implementation of ESG and CSR initiatives aligned with corporate and customer requirements (RBA, CDP, SA8000).
2. Policy & Compliance Management – Develop CSR policies, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with international standards and local regulations.
3. Audit & Supplier Evaluation – Conduct internal and supplier audits under RBA and CSR guidelines covering labor, ethics, environment, and safety.
4. CSR Events & Employee Engagement – Organize and coordinate company CSR activities such as community outreach, sustainability events, and employee engagement programs.
5. Training & Awareness – Conduct RBA and ESG training to promote sustainability, ethical practices, and social responsibility awareness across the organization.
