Job Descriptions
•PM is the overall technical lead of the project responsible for project management of FETCi projects in Thailand. In this role, PM coordinates the activities of multi-disciplinary engineering teams for achieving the technical performance of the project. •Be the focal point of contact to all external engineering entities and contractors. •Ensures all technical requirements of the of the Contract are met with respect to engineering design, equipment selection, performance, safety and reliability. •Manages several teams and their resources to complete their work according to scope, schedule and budget. •Establishes project budget and tracking to manage and maintain project schedules and budgets. •Establishes and manages the communication and planning between all parties involved in the project including customer, consortium partner, vendors, engineering consultants and various internal departments. •Coordinates day-to-day engineering tasks during the project execution. •Directs the activities of project support staff and sub-contractors and is responsible for ensuring appropriate resources are allocated and maintained to facilitate the successful completion of the projec
Qualifications
  1. Hold a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in engineering management, or related fields.
  2. Has a minimum 3 years of proven experience in project management of various aspects of electrical engineering, transportation or construction projects.
  3. Has experience as a Project Manager for a governmental project (e.g., DOH or MOT) with a value of more than 50 million Thai Baht.
  4. Has a PMP certification or equivalent.
  5. Has working knowledge of all relevant engineering disciplines.
  6. Has good computer skills and familiarity with commonly used engineering software.
  7. Has experience in dealing with local and international customers.
  8. Has experience working with people of different nationalities and cultures.
  9. Be able to work under pressure with good work ethic.
  10. Be well-organized, proactive, self-driven and a good team player.
  11. Has strong analytical thinking, technical skills, and leadership skills.
  12. Be mature with high leadership and communication fluency to direct internal and third party.
  13. Has high level of proficiency (listening, reading, writing, and speaking) in English and Thai. Mandarin would be an advantage.
