Job Descriptions

- Support Area General Manager (AGM) and Store Manager (SM / SSM) on delivering business plans/ Customer plans from Head Office to achieve KPIs and target. - Support store to follow operation standards such as S&L audit, Operation Audit and etc. through people management. - Monitor People Management standard and Capability Improvement process according to align with Corporate People Plan. - Be an expert in people processes and give appropriate advice to Store Manager (SM / SSM) regarding people management standards, Under Performance Process, etc. - Make Lotus’s a great place to work for colleagues and a great place to shop for customers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant fields
Able to deliver real change through others - strong influencing and coaching skills, a creator of natural tension and good communication skills with all levels of the business
Have strong leadership skills with successful track record of developing people and spotting talent and managing a team
Have significant store management experience
Have significant generalist personnel management experience
