Job Descriptions
1. จัดทำและบันทึกบัญชีรายวัน เช่น รายรับ-รายจ่าย และรายการปรับปรุงบัญชี
2. ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารบัญชีและธุรกรรมทางการเงิน
3. จัดทำรายงานทางการเงิน เช่น งบดุล งบกำไรขาดทุน และรายงานภาษี
4. คำนวณและยื่นแบบภาษี เช่น ภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย (ภ.ง.ด.3, 53) และภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม (VAT)
5. ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ฝ่ายตรวจสอบบัญชี และสรรพากร
6. ตรวจสอบบัญชีทรัพย์สินและคำนวณค่าเสื่อมราคา
7. ปิดบัญชีประจำเดือนและเตรียมข้อมูลสำหรับการตรวจสอบงบการเงิ
Qualifications
- เพศชาย -หญิง อายุ 25 ปีขึ้นไป
- วุฒิการศึกษา: ปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ 2 ปีในงานบัญชี
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับกฎหมายบัญชีและภาษีอากร
- มีทักษะการใช้โปรแกรม Express, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) และโปรแกรมบัญชีต่าง ๆ ได้ดี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และซื่อสัตย์ในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่
- มีความสามารถในการแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าและทำงานร่วมกับทีมได้ดี
- หากมีใบอนุญาตผู้ทำบัญชี (CPD) จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถเดินทางมาทำงานเองได้
