Job Descriptions
•Provide IT support for computer systems, hardware, and software within the company
•Maintain and troubleshoot POS systems and restaurant-related software, especially Promise program
•Coordinate with restaurant operations teams to resolve system issues on-site
•Install, update, and manage networks, internet connections, and peripheral devices
•Perform data backup and ensure information security
•Prepare troubleshooting reports and recommend improvements for system efficiency
Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science, MIS or similar field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Support
- Experience in the restaurant business with hands-on knowledge of the Promise program
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, POS systems, and basic databases
- Problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
