Details
Testing and results report
-Inspect and evaluate the certification according to the standards of the testing laboratory
-Test transformer during production, Repair Transformer, Prefabricated transformers, and the transformers that are already installed and ready for use are in accordance with the standards.
-Study and understand the operation of test equipment and equipment.
-Record and report test results, problems and defects occurring with the transformers being tested
-Research and development of electric transformers.
-Analyze and report test results including problems and defects or abnormalities of transformers tested to develop or increase the integrity of transformers before delivering to customers along with preparing test reports.
-Prepare, edit, improve and develop procedures and methods for testing transformers, including relevant forms / records, as appropriate and up to date as per standards.
-Train and educate test personnel on a regular basis.
Document and office equipment
-Contact and coordinate with related department.
-Helps to maintain order and cleanliness of the testing room
Others
-Perform duties in accordance with the requirements of the quality management system and department KPI.
-Doing Kaizen activities, 5S within the department.
-ISO system documentation.
-Follow the safety regulation
Qualifications
- Gender, age 22 - 27 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- 0-1 years of transformer testing experience
- Have knowledge of high voltage
- Can communicate in English at a good level
- Possessing a professional license will be considered as an advantage
- New graduate are welcome
