Job Descriptions

1.Follow up and evaluate the performance of subordinate. 2.Improve and solve problem that occur as well as encouraging the team to follow the organization 's goals and vision. 3.Assign and distribute work to subordinates and arrange training for new employees. 4.Monitor and take care of the performance of employees ,Control production plan. 5.Check and give advice on the work of subordinates. 6.Report and give advice on matters encountered to the top management. 7.Control quality, follow up, correct, and prevent product quality problems.

Qualifications

Male 35-45 Years
Bachelor 's degree in Industrial Engineer / Medical Engineer or relate fields.
5-10 Years Experience in Automotive Parts assembly factory or or metal ,stamping ,painting factory.
Leadership skills Supervision of production employees.
Have knowledge of quality systems ISO 9000, 13485 or other related matters.
Pay attention to the importance of safety in work.
Skill Microsoft office. ( Excel ,Word ,PPT )
Have good human relations.
