Summary: The Planogram Officer is responsible for creating and implementing planograms, supporting in-store displays and promotions, arranging products, ensuring accurate execution of layouts on-site, and preparing reports using Spaceman software. Responsibilities: 1. Design and develop planograms and product category layouts. 2. Create basic planograms using Spaceman software. 3. Arrange products on shelves based on sales performance and suitability, while ensuring alignment with the planogram. 4. Conduct on-site checks to ensure displays match the approved planogram. 5. Prepare and submit accurate reports summarizing display status and findings to Manager.

Qualifications

No gender preference
Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Marketing, or a related field. Experience in Visual Merchandising (VM) is an advantage
Minimum 1 year of experience in Planogramming, Visual Merchandising, or Store Planning (Experience in the beauty industry is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Spaceman, MS Excel.
Ability to understand and work with layout plans.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
Can only use Spaceman software.
