Job Descriptions
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
1. ตรวจรับอะไหล่ และเอกสารให้ถูกต้องตามขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงาน
2. จัดเก็บอะไหล่ ให้ถูกประเภท และโลเคชั่น ตามที่ระบบ PMII แนะนำ
3. จ่ายอะไหล่ ตามการจองผ่านระบบ PMII และเป็นไปตามขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงาน
4. ตรวจนับ และบันทึกสต็อคอะไหล่ประจำเดือน/ไตรมาส
5. รายงานความคลาดเคลื่อน, ปัญหา หรือความเสียหายของอะไหล่ ต่อผู้บังคับบัญชาเมื่อตรวจพบ
6. ประสานงาน และให้ความร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาให้งานสำเร็จลุล่วง
7. ดูแลความเรียบร้อย และความสะอาดในพื้นที่จัดเก็บอะไหล่ ตามหลักพื้นฐาน 5 ส.
8. ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
- ระดับการศึกษา มัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย (ทุกสาขา) / ปวช. (ทุกสาขา หรือสายช่างเทคนิค)
- มีประสบการณ์ 0 - 1 ปี ในการทำงานด้าน Admin / Staff
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้ / คำนวนพื้นฐานได้ค่อนข้างดี
- มีใบอนุญาตและสามารถขับขี่รถยนต์ส่วนบุคคลได้
- เข้าใจหลักการจัดวางของบน Shelf, Pallet หรือ Mesh Pallet อย่างเหมาะสม จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ทำงาน 6 วัน/สัปดาห์ (สามารถทำงานเข้ากะได้)
- เริ่มงานได้ทันที พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
