1) Environmental Care / Management Monitor the adherence of the manufacturing plants to statutory and Lafarge environmental requirements & guidelines & requirement of ISO 14001 system. Undertake audits of manufacturing facilities. Represent the company on environmental issues & advise the Plant Managers of any non -compliances in their areas and ways to improve environmental performance. 2) Safety information for safety management Collective safety information analysis safety statistic and make report about accident or non-comfortable from workplace of employee and propose corrective and preventive action. 3) Workplace Health and Safety Manage safety in all reporting functions to achieve no lost time injuries and for medical treatment injuries in accordance with performance objectives. Manage occupational health to ensure no chronic risk to employee’s contractors and visitors. Ensure housekeeping of accountable areas. reflects a professional organization and exhibits no health risk to employees’ contractors and visitors. 4) Safety and environment laws / Safety regulation and Policy Regularly manage and review the company’s safety and environment laws compliance / policy Manual. Ensure all necessary checks and audits are performed on time and that necessary action is taken to rectify. non-conforming aspects of operation. 5) Safety Meetings / Reporting Attend and take minutes for the monthly safety meeting. Ensure that all items within the meeting are recorded correctly and followed up (rectified) ASAP. Liaise wit

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety officer or relate.
5 years’ experience working in HSE.
Good time management and organized
Good communicate and negotiate skills.
Can communicate in English.
Computer literacy in MS Office.
Be able to work under pressure and within short and stretched deadline.
Have experience in Waste Management
