Job Descriptions
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring of new employees across various departments.
Employee Relations: Foster a positive working environment by addressing employee concerns, promoting communication, and ensuring fair treatment across the organization.
Performance Management: Develop and implement performance appraisal systems, provide coaching to managers on performance reviews, and address performance issues as they arise.
Training & Development: Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills, leadership development, and career growth.
Compensation & Benefits: Administer the company’s compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with relevant laws.
Compliance: Ensure the organization complies with labor laws, regulations, and best practices, including managing employee contracts, policies, and workplace health and safety.
HR Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals, ensuring the workforce is capable, motivated, and engaged.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in human resources management.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Experience with HR software and applicant tracking systems
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Good communication in English or Chinese.
