Job Descriptions
1.品牌加盟推广、咨询、洽谈。 Manage the end-to-end BD process, from prospecting, negotiation to deal closure and implementation. 2.负责加盟店的后期服务关怀。 Responsible for franchise after-sales service. 3.开拓加盟资源和招商渠道。 Develop franchise resources, leads and investment channels. 4.负责加盟市场统计分析、策略及流量。 Responsible for franchise market statistic analysis, expansion strategies,traffic flow and new market segments. 5.维护和加强沟通对外的合作关系。 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of new business initiatives. 6.与总部协商讨论招商政策，优化流程架构。 Liase with Headquarter and key stakeholders to improvise franchise network & strategies plan. 7.实现关键绩效指标并增长目标与公司的战略目标。 Achieve key performance metrics and growth targets in alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
Qualifications
  1. 中文、英文流利有限。Fluent in Chinese and English
  2. 至少 1 年加盟管理或相关领域的工作经验，并具有成功的加盟经验。 At least 1 years of experience in franchise management or a related field, with a proven track record in franchising.
  3. 对加盟运营、商业拓展和营销策略有深入了解。 Strong understanding of franchise operations, business development, and marketing strategies.
  4. 出色的沟通、谈判和人际交往能力。 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. 能够管理多个项目，合理安排任务优先级，并按时完成。 Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  6. 能够独立工作并与团队协作。Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. 商业管理、市场营销或相关领域的学士学位。Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or related field.
