Job Descriptions
- ตรวจรับและจัดเก็บสินค้าเข้าคลังอย่างถูกต้องตามเอกสารที่กำหนด
- จัดเรียงสินค้าในคลังให้เป็นระเบียบและง่ายต่อการหยิบใช้งาน
- ดูแล ตรวจสอบ และควบคุมสินค้าคงคลังให้ถูกต้องตามระบบ
- บันทึกข้อมูลการรับ-จ่ายสินค้าในระบบหรือแบบฟอร์มที่กำหนด
-ประสานงานกับฝ่ายบัญชีเพื่อรายงานการเคลื่อนไหวของสินค้า
- ตรวจสอบสินค้าชำรุด และรายงานให้ผู้เกี่ยวข้อง
- สนับสนุนการจัดเตรียมสินค้าเพื่อการส่งออก / ขาย หรือใช้งานภายใน
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการบัญชี
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. หรือ ปริญญาตรีในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น โลจิสติกส์ บริหารธุรกิจ หรือบัญชี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านคลังสินค้า / ควบคุมสต็อกอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Excel หรือโปรแกรมจัดการคลังสินค้าได้ดี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ รับผิดชอบ และทำงานตรงเวลา
- หากมีประสบการณ์ทำงานประสานกับฝ่ายบัญชีจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
