Job Descriptions
- Work with other departments in the company for export tasks, following company rules.
- Communicate with different organizations like Customs, Shipping companies, trucking companies, Freight Forwarders, and shipping lines.
- Handle and organize all export documents. Check if the documents are correct and meet the rules of the destination country.
- Prepare official documents needed for export, like forms or permit applications.
Qualifications
- เพศ ชาย หญิง อายุ ไม่เกิน 35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาการจัดการโลจิสติกส์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการส่งออกต่างประเทศอย่างน้อย 1 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีทักษะด้านภาษาอังกฤษอยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี (พูด / อ่าน/ เขียน / เข้าใจ)
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการส่งออก การเดินพิกัดศุลกากร
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในกฎระเบียบและข้อกำหนดทางการค้าทั้งในและต่างประเทศ
- มีทักษะในการใช้งานโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์และโปรแกรมอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีทักษะเจรจาต่อรอง และประสานงานที่ดี มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ และทัศนคติที่ดี
- มีทักษะการจัดการและสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- มีความซื่อสัตย์ สุจริต ไม่รับสินบน
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ สามารถปฏิบัติงานภายใต้สภาวะความกดดันและกำหนดเวลา
- สามารถยืดหยุ่นเวลา (Flexible) ทำงานได้
