- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone and email, aligned with operational support requirements. - Provide prompt, professional, and courteous assistance to customers. - Actively listen to customer concerns, identify their needs, and deliver appropriate solutions. - Adapt communication style to meet the diverse needs of customers. - Investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently; escalate complex matters when necessary. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures. - Communicate effectively in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, verbally and in writing.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
Proven customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or customer-facing environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage stressful situations with professionalism and empathy.
Flexibility and adaptability to evolving processes and operational procedures.
