Job Descriptions

•Store Stock Take (BKK & Upcountry). •Responses for Inventory Reconciliation Remote/On site. •Immediately take action/Support to handle suspicious activity leading to Company Loss. •Cooperate with Other Departments related to Inventory Control (Operation, Merchandiser, Finance and Human Resource) •Liaise with WH for operations process and Tracking. •Monitor/Support Inventory Flow/Process from Store, Atrium and Warehouse. •Monitor/Support to ensure the accuracy of Movement/Documentation. •Monitor/Support accuracy of Inventory Snapshot and Inventory Transaction (against 3PL’s) •Support/Provide Relevant Inventory Information to Supervisor. •Maintain Inventory control Tracking & Status (Inventory Transaction Tracker). •Support on Inventory control policy initiative with relevant information (e.g. stock take and data historical) •Support Project related to Inventory Control & Logistic (e.g. New Store, Business Transition, Data Migration). •Provide Training Session for PIC on Inventory Controlling SOPs and Policy. •Another assigned task related with Logistic and Inventory Control.

Qualifications

•Bachelor's degree or higher.
•Able to travel.
•Strong Logic and Analytic Skill (Able to learn from Example and Raw Data).
•Strong Leadership and Management Skill.
•High level of computer literacy. Advance in MS Office especially MS Excel is required.
•Responsible with Good Attitude, work under pressure and Team Play.
•Willing to Solve/Improve without compromising on Company’s requirement.
•Experience in warehouse management and/or retail business (Inventory Audit) is a plus.
•Experience in lost prevention process & SOP initiate is a plus.
•Experience in MS Navision is a plus.
•Good Command in English is a plus.
