Job Descriptions
1.ดูแล ควบคุม บันทึก ตรวจสอบ ใบสำคัญจ่าย, Pretty Cash, เช็ค, และเอกสารการสั่งจ่ายอื่นๆ รวมถึงเอกสารลูกหนี้ 2.บริหารจัดการเงินในบัญชีธนาคารให้เพียงพอ เพื่อไม่ให้เกิดปัญหาเช็คเด้ง และตรวจสอบ จัดเก็บใบเสร็จรับ-จ่ายเงิน ของลูกค้า ให้ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน 3.จัดทำบัญชีปิดงบการเงินของกิจการ และประสานงานกับ Auditor เพื่อตรวจสอบ จัดทำสปช.3 และบัญชีรายชื่อผู้ถือหุ้น พร้อมนำส่งงบการเงิน ที่กรมสรรพากร และกระทรวงพาณิชย์ 4.จัดทำภาษีซื้อ - ภาษีขาย ภ.พ 30 พร้อมยื่นภ.พ 30 และตรวจสอบ ภงด. 3 , 53 รวมถึงจัดทำ ภงด. 51 ,50 5.ดูแลโปรแกรมระบบบัญชี และแก้ไข กรณีระบบบัญชี MyAccount มีปัญหา 6.จัดทำรายงานการเงิน รายงานการบัญชี และรายงานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องสรุปส่งประจำเดือน และประจำปี 7.บันทึกทรัพย์สิน คำนวณค่าเสื่อมราคาทรัพย์สิน และบันทึกค่าเสื่อมราคาที่GL 8.อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. อายุ 35 ปีขึ้นไป
  2. วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญาตรี ขึ้นไป
  3. ประสบการณ์การทำงาน 5 ปีขึ้นไป
  4. สามารถเซ็นต์เอกสารการปิดงบได้
  5. ความรู้ด้านการบัญชีและการเงินอย่างดี และเคยดำรงตำแหน่งผู้จัดการฝ่ายบัญชีมาไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ปี
  6. มีความซื่อสัตย์ ละเอียด รอบคอบ และสามารถวางระบบงานบัญชีได้
  7. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ สามารถแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
  8. มีความเป็นผู้นำ และความอดทนได้ดี
  9. สามารถเซ็นผู้จัดทำบัญชี (CPD License) ได้
