Job Descriptions
-เตรียมและป้ายกำกับข้อมูลจากฝั่งผู้ขาย เช่น คำถาม ปัญหา หรือคำร้องเรียน
-ปรับปรุงข้อมูลในระบบให้ตอบคำถามผู้ขายได้ถูกต้องและชัดเจน
-ตรวจสอบและประเมินคำตอบของ AI เพื่อเพิ่มคุณภาพการให้บริการ
-ทำงานร่วมกับทีมเทคนิคและทีมดูแลผู้ขาย เพื่อให้ระบบ AI เข้าใจบริบทของผู้ขายใน platform
-ช่วยให้ผู้ขายใช้งานระบบได้ง่ายขึ้นผ่าน AI เช่น chatbot หรือระบบแนะนำต่าง ๆ
Qualifications
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี
- อายุ 20-30
- ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร การนำเสนอ และการสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
- มีความสามารถในการอธิบายเรื่องยากให้เข้าใจง่ายและชัดเจน
- หากมีความสนใจและเชื่อมั่นในเทคโนโลยี AI จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถใช้ PowerPoint / Canva / Google Slides ในการจัดทำ Presentation ได้
- สามารถทำ Infographic หรือ Visual Report เบื้องต้น
- สามารถใช้ Excel Chart, SmartArt
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี Level B1 ขึ้นไป / TOEIC 550+
